Please be aware that in order to power the SS1 you MUST use a relay and appropriate gauge wiring to power the unit. The Backlit option on the SS1 is the only wire you can hook up to the factory Oem wiring. For using the full pod you must wire an additional included harness to your mirrors to not overload your existing wiring in the vehicle. Professional installation is recommended but not required.
